What is covered
NG Painting Pro offers a 2-year limited warranty on most residential painting projects. We will repair any peeling, blistering or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship.
Coverage lasts two years from the date of completion of the work described in your contract.
How to make a claim
1. Contact us. Call or email us as soon as you notice a problem.
2. Schedule an inspection. We visit your property to assess the issue.
3. Get repairs. Our team completes the repairs that are needed.
Conditions for a valid claim
You keep a copy of the original contract and can show proof of full payment. The property must be accessible for inspection, and the cost of repair materials is paid by the customer.
What is not covered
Materials and work: jobs where we did not supply the materials, work not done entirely by NG Painting Pro, varnished surfaces, galvanized metal, and the cost of materials for repairs.
Surfaces and design: horizontal or moisture-collecting surfaces such as decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs and gutters, exact color matching, product manufacturing defects, bleeding from knots, rust or cedar, and cracks in drywall, plaster or wood.
Peeling, blistering or chipping caused by mill-glazing on smooth cedar, normal wear, misuse, paint layers that existed before our work, latent or structural defects, settling, moisture in the surface, nail pops, or imperfections in siding and trim.
External causes: abrasion or abrasive cleaning, chemicals or other harmful substances, fire, flood, explosion or acts of God, extreme weather, vandalism or alterations, and negligence or other causes beyond our control.
Legal notice
This warranty is our sole express warranty and replaces all others. It applies only to the original customer and cannot be transferred.
Our liability does not include incidental or consequential damages and is limited to the contract price. Any change to this warranty must be made in writing and signed by all parties. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.
